       HAVE A DOG? CLEAN UP REMINDER!

If you have a dog please respect your neighbors and the HOA common areas by picking up after your pet when they go on the lawns.
City ordinances require you to pick up after your pet and they must be on a leash at all times.

 PARKING RESTRICTIONS!

Please do not park in the turn around areas by your garages. This makes it difficult for other owners to navigate in and out of garages.
All vehicles must be parked in garage or one deep on your garage apron. Violator vehicles will be ticketed and towed at owner's expense.
THIS IT NOT GUEST PARKING!!! 

OUTSIDE WATER FAUCETS

If you have a shutoff valve in your unit that controls the outside water faucet, please turn it off  for winter. These faucets are for the use of ANY resident in your building for watering plants, trees, and grass. This water is paid for by the association on separate meters.

DO NOT USE THESE FAUCETS TO WASH VEHICLES!!!

You should have another faucet either on the outside of your unit or in your garage for personal use including washing cars/trucks.
